**Description**: EXL has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our Colombia HR team based in Bogota, Colombia. We are looking for a strong individual who can work independently with the ability to be a strategic business partner and a strong business acumen and expertise in classic human resource areas such as: employee relations, HR Consulting, change management, employee engagement, compensation, and talent management. **Responsibilities**: - Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention - Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees - Assist management in conflict resolution - Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company - Act as the key advisor on all employee relations issues and effectively communicate to all levels of employee relation matters - Facilitate employee conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes - Streamline the HR process and drive automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong ability to multitask - Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure - Analyze HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, retention, and cost per hire rate - Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance. - Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance - Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department - Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances - Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention - Provide HR policy guidance - Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning - Identify training needs for teams and individuals - Evaluate training programs - Suggest new HR strategies - Manage performance improvement plan / performance development plan - Provide guidance aligned with the Business to determine a terminate decision **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience - Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources Management roles - Knowledgeable in all Colombian HR legislations (compensation, benefits, retention, engagement, payroll, etc.) - Maintain HR procedures in compliance with regulations - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English level - C1 - Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills - Proficiency with various Windows programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
