In this role, you won’t just manage existing accounts—you’ll proactively re-engage past business customers, uncover current needs, and drive new sales opportunities through strategic outreach and personalized product offers. This is a great opportunity for experienced sales professionals who thrive in outbound, relationship-driven environments and want to make a tangible impact by helping businesses get the products they need to operate efficiently. What you’ll do: - Proactively reach out to business customers who haven’t purchased recently. - Identify their current needs and understand the reasons behind their inactivity. - Recommend relevant products and promotions to encourage repeat business. - Build strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients. - Position yourself as a trusted advisor—not just a salesperson. What we’re looking for: - 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success. - Excellent communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to build rapport quickly via phone and email. - Comfortable with outbound outreach and working in a remote environment.
