Make It Matter.** You will support on 2 main roles: 1) Category-changing initiatives in partnership with marketing, RDQ, finance and other functions. You will bring a deep understanding of consumer trends and needs, business models as well as our competitors' strategies. 2) Help evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, alliances, joint ventures and start-ups in current and new business. You will be a part of the transaction team and manage the valuation of new business opportunities. **How you will contribute** You will: Category growth Initiatives Role: - Drive dialogue with Marketing, RDQ, Finance, other functions to assess and recommend business solutions. Inspire and influence cross functional, multi-regional teams and engage both internal and external partners to support superior product innovation, business model innovation etc. which deliver sustainable, incremental and profitable revenue potential - Support strategic innovation roadmap, cross functionally from concept to commercialization - Secure successful roll out of existing bundle in white space markets - Support regions with best practices on winning bundle M&A; Role: - Participate in and manage aspects of transaction execution including project management, due diligence and valuation, working closely with business teams, internal functional experts (e.g. legal, accounting, tax, etc.), and outside advisors to support execution. - Support our global M&A; priorities as a member of a small team that influences long-term, company-wide investment initiatives. - Support financial projections for M&A; opportunities. You will provide key inputs to perform detailed financial analysis; comprehensive pro-forma financial models, valuation analysis and synergy models in support of potential transactions to be developed jointly with Corp Development teams. - Deliver high-quality presentation materials and recommendations to senior leaders and decision makers. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in: - Ideal 10+ Strategy and / or Marketing management experience gained in FMCG and / or consulting.
