Requirements to apply: • Graduate professional in business administration or related professions. • High English level (B2). • TL of 6-months exp. Job Responsibilities: • Manage team of 15 - 20 agents. • Managing Service levels of the team - Production // Quality // Shrinkage // Attrition // CSAT & ASAT. • Ensuring that the team or LOB assigned to you is functioning as per the client's specifications and all the members of the team are performing as per the standards. • Conduct One-on-One with agents and coaching/feedback sessions. • Floor support and handling escalations. • Use analytical skills to identify process gaps and recommendations for improvement.
