Meet the Team You will work closely with Cisco’s Partners, Latam Partner Organization, Security Sales Organization, and Field Sales Teams. This role reports to the Latam Security Partner Sales Leader. Your Impact You will lead and develop Cisco's Security business with partners, focusing on executive relationships, practice development, partner enablement, profitability, sales training, pipeline growth, demand generation, and cross-functional coordination. Minimum Qualifications Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and up to 30% travel. Experience in partner sales and business development with reseller partners, specifically in Cisco Security Architecture. Understanding of Cisco’s Security Architecture. Knowledge of the IT industry, security trends, and enterprise networking. Preferred Qualifications Strong written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales and technical teams. Excellent virtual meeting leadership and collaboration skills. Ability to prioritize and execute a business plan to achieve measurable results.
