**About Mobile Networks** Mobile Networks, which includes mobile network products, network deployment and technical support services, and related network management. This business group will offer the full portfolio for customers wanting to buy mobile access networks. It targets leadership in key technologies such as 5G, ORAN and vRAN. The position is to support our end customers who are major Telecom operators in the United States. The specific product are Network Management systems (NetAct and NOM) that are very critical for managing advance wireless telecommunication networks. As a member of our technical staff one would help achieve business/team goals and ensure “best in class” end-to-end customer support services. **Job Role and Responsibilities**: - Independently perform installation and commissioning of Nokia OSS systems like NOM (Network Operations Master) and NetAct Systems. - Participate in NetAct and NOM Software Upgrade and be responsible for whole or portion of the upgrade task. - Perform Integration of Nokia OSS (NetAct/NOM) to other Network elements. Creation and delivery of relavent MOPs to customer. - Fast customer response times that satisfy customer SLAs (Service Level Agreement). - Proactively work on issues encountered during deployment and communicates updates to key stakeholders. - Troubleshoot issues, conduct knowledge bases, and determine need for technical escalation. Implementation of continuous improvement practices for high process efficiencies. - Be involved with teaching, mentoring and training of peers. - Provide on-site support (if needed). - Implement proactive measures to address customer concerns as appropriate. - Participate in customer & internal meetings representing Nokia OSS team. - Creation, delivery of MOPS to the customer. - Maintain lab servers to proper hardware, software, and firmware levels for use in testing and problem-solving scenario **Qualifications**: - Knowledge of any OSS (Operating Support system) and NMS (Network Management system) system-specific architecture with installation and commissioning experience. Product knowledge of Nokia OSS like NetAct is preferred. - Expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS with Red hat Certification preferred - Understanding of cloud native concepts and knowledge of Kubernetes, docker, maria db, Grafana, Kibana etc. - Advanced knowledge on DCN (Data Communication Network). - Able to work and understand complex issues and to work systematically and being proactive active in own - Self-motivated well-organized individual who can prioritize work and handle multiple tasks. - Good Analytical and troubleshooting skills - Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
