Job Description As our NielsenIQ HR Organization continues to evolve to meet the changing demands of the business and the workforce, we are challenged to find new ways to deliver value with a focus on efficiency and simplicity. To enable this transformation, we have established a new Tiered Support Model to ensure excellent delivery of our core HR services. The HR Performance Excellence Analyst will collaborate with the HR PE and Transformation Lead, along with the global HR Operations, Systems, and Employee Experience teams, to deliver excellence and enhance the employee experience. The main goal of Performance Excellence is to simplify, standardize, and automate workflows through the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of global processes and tools. In this role, you will: Ensure operational excellence of our internal platform that shares information on benefits, policies, and HR processes, and manages employee queries. Analyze M&G data using Power BI and Excel for insights, deep dives, and stakeholder presentations. Collect stakeholder feedback on the platform and implement improvements using Power Apps and Power Automate. Participate in the design and testing of the Workday Help module, scheduled for launch in Q3 2025. Coordinate and train local teams for a seamless transition to the new Workday module. Review policies and processes holistically to identify opportunities to streamline and eliminate redundancies, collaborating on improvement designs and project management. Proactively identify potential issues and support the Global P.E. Lead in problem-solving. Qualifications We’re looking for candidates who have: Understanding of HR administrative and operational processes across the employee lifecycle. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A keen interest in learning and development opportunities. Ability to build strong partnerships across all organizational levels. Effective task prioritization and delegation skills. A proven track record of accountability and performance management. Additional qualifications include: Preferably a master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Statistics, or HR. At least 4 years of experience in complex corporate environments, preferably in HR systems and operations. Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools. Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong interpersonal skills.
