The Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Excellence Analyst to join our team as a key partner for sales performance improvement. - Pipeline & Forecast Management: Tracking opportunities and demand to ensure accurate, up-to-date forecasting. - Performance Control: Monitoring results against targets through regular reviews (MBR/QBR) and data analysis. - Process Optimization: Continuous improvement of the sales operating model, AI adoption, and audit support. - Sales Support: Guiding the team through the end-to-end sales process and ensuring access to key information. - Auditing & Billing: Validating CRM data, addressing operational risks, and ensuring accurate billing. - Incentives & Commissions: Reviewing and coordinating commission settlements aligned with goals and policies. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Finance, PMO, Delivery, and BI for effective sales execution. What We Need to See from You We are looking for a highly skilled professional in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau). - Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and ERP platforms (SAP, OneSales, NAV). - Strong skills in KPI, forecast, and pipeline analysis and control. - Ability to document, improve, and standardize processes (including implementing AI-based technologies to enhance team productivity and performance). - Experience with descriptive and predictive analytics. Nice to Have: - Conversational English level. - Experience in technology companies.
