Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop compelling short training materials and courses tailored for online delivery, ensuring they are interactive, engaging, and effective for diverse audiences. - Schedule and conduct regular training sessions and webinars for both customers and employees, covering a wide range of topics relevant to our services and products. - Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, implementing improvements based on feedback and learning outcomes. - Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in online learning, incorporating innovative approaches and tools into training strategies. - Provide support and guidance to learners, addressing their questions and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an online environment, with a focus on creating and delivering online training or webinars. - Expertise in instructional design methodologies and learning management solutions. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. - Proficient in multimedia and web-based training tools, including video editing, presentation software, and eLearning authoring tools. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - A team player with a positive attitude, open to feedback and collaboration.
