Job Title We're seeking a skilled Bidding Platform Specialist/Senior to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. Your Mission: 1. Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across top platforms like Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more. 2. Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make strategic adjustments to hit key performance indicators (KPIs). 3. Troubleshoot implementation issues to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively. 4. Deliver clear, insightful reports highlighting key learnings and actionable recommendations. 5. Research and propose new keywords, audience segments, ad formats, and bidding strategies. 6. Collaborate closely with the strategy team to align campaigns with broader marketing goals. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 2+ years of proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns (e.g., as a Digital Trafficker or Bidding Specialist). 3. Strong command of Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. 4. Solid understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and performance optimization. 5. Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). 6. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. A team player with excellent communication and attention to detail. 8.
