The Director of Communications, Change Management, and Training will be responsible for leading a global team to design, develop, and execute strategies in alignment with the GS vision, mission, and purpose, while amplifying employee and leadership engagement across multiple sites; leading change management efforts for ongoing Acquisition & Divestiture and Transformation programs and partnering cross-functionally to provide business training solutions. This strategic leader will support the Enterprise A&D; and Transformation Office and the Global Services Leadership Team while working closely with Global Corporate Affairs and HR to manage and align with enterprise initiatives and guidelines. **Key Responsibilities**: - Own GS communications strategy, asset development, and delivery in alignment with Enterprise and GS strategic objectives - Develop employee communication content strategies and change management interventions that break through the everyday clutter and bring the GS story to life across a diverse workforce - Oversee training solutions and delivery models to support the GS organization - Provide oversight over all change management-related activities, including the strategy and implementation of the change and communications execution arm for A&D; and Transformation Office and for other strategic initiatives - Develop and maintain a business engagement framework and strategic assets - Own site engagement strategy and oversee the execution - Encourage a “one team” culture and ways of operating to lead, innovate, and deliver world-class employee communication and business engagement capabilities - Drive an integrated approach across the Enterprise and the function - Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide leadership engagement support and counsel - Attract, integrate, and retain a highly competent, motivated, and diverse team **Qualifications** Position Requirements**: - BS/BA in communications or related field - A minimum of10 years of progressive change management, communications, or training experience in a global environment - Minimum of 5 years of experience with large-scale transformation and process change efforts - Extraordinary communication skills that fully utilize written, visual, and verbal forms, via integrating all the related methods and technologies. Polished presentation, writing, and organizational skills - Able to develop and manage programs from concept through to completion - It thrives in fast-paced environments, is flexible, collaborative, and deadline driven. - Skilled in working with and managing agencies and consultants, and budgets - Demonstrated leadership experience in developing new capabilities/processes - Demonstrated ability to work across functional and geographic boundaries. - Proven track record of cultivating high-performing teams in a matrixed environment and leading change through ambiguity and complexity - Must be able to influence and gain alignment across multiple stakeholders - The ability to shape, create a future vision, and gain support and alignment to that vision is required, including communicating across various forums and broad, diverse audiences to build buy-in **Preferred Competencies**: - Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of
