Your Impact as an LMFT: Provide outpatient therapy for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive modalities Conduct intake assessments, diagnose according to DSM-5 criteria, and collaboratively develop treatment plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with licensing and ethical standards Engage in team consultation, peer support, and optional clinical supervision or mentorship roles Customize your caseload and schedule based on your strengths, interests, and availability Active LCMFT license in the state of Maryland (or close to obtaining full licensure) Expertise in working with relational dynamics, life transitions, communication challenges, and trauma A systems-oriented approach, with training in one or more therapeutic modalities (e.g., EFT, Gottman, Narrative, CBT, DBT, etc.) Strong organizational and documentation skills, particularly in a hybrid or telehealth environment Passion for inclusive, culturally competent mental health care, and a deep respect for diversity in client identities and family structures Competitive compensation and productivity-based incentives.
