Las vacantes publicadas por el Servicio de Empleo Comfama, corresponden a oportunidades de empleo ofrecidas por empresas de diversos sectores, ubicadas en Medellín y Antioquia. **Misión del cargo**: Ejecutivo de cuenta con 3 años de experiência, a partir de formación técnica o estudiante de técnica. **Funciones del cargo**: **Position**: Account Manager **Department**: Sales **Reports To**: Sales Manager and Upper Management **Job Summary**: **The day-to-day activities of this position include**: - Communicate with potential new clients, evaluate needs, and utilize our products and services to solve problems for the potential client - Generate sales revenue by consistently opening new accounts and educating consumers on the services we have to offer - Attend meetings to establish weekly and quarterly sales goals - Manage an assigned base of customers. - Maintain positive relationships with their assigned partners as well as hitting all metrics and goals that are put in place by management - Interact with assigned customer base regularly and create strong relationships - Research companies and create strategic plans for engagement **Qualifications**: - Sales and/or Account Management experience - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish - Excellent listening and presentation skills - Ability to assess and understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and customers at the same time - Very organized and detail oriented with excellent follow up skills - Creative thinker with a history of generating innovative ideas and solutions **Software Knowledge Required**: - Advanced computer skills and competency with Microsoft products - Experience working with CRM systems - B2B and B2C Social Media Interaction **Schedule**: Monday to friday between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, rotating schedules **Salary**: between $2.000.000 and $4.000.000 **Location**: Medellín **Contract**: indefinite **Requisitos**: Ejecutivo de cuenta con 3 años de experiência, a partir de formación técnica o estudiante de técnica.
