You'll serve as the crucial first point of contact for prospective patients, guiding them through their healthcare journey from initial inquiry to scheduled appointment. Working with leads generated through multiple marketing channels, you'll have the autonomy to build relationships, answer questions about treatment options, and help connect patients with life-changing healthcare services.
