Salesforce Developer Our Salesforce Developer focuses on customizing and developing applications within the Salesforce platform. The role involves working with the Salesforce platform to build custom solutions that meet the unique business needs of an organization. You will work closely with product owners to understand their needs and translate requirements into technical solutions that enhance functionality and support clients effectively. We offer stability and flexibility to join working groups and challenging projects, including those in the financial sector (public and private, such as banks and insurance companies). Academic/Training Requirements: - Completed university degree or equivalent training. - Graduates in Computing, Information Technology, Systems, or related Engineering fields. - Secondary vocational training in Software Development. - Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience. Required Knowledge: - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, or similar certification. - Proficiency in SOQL and/or SQL. - Understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. - Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and all SDLC phases. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their processes and needs. - Design and develop custom applications using Salesforce declarative features like Visualforce and Lightning Components. - Customize the Salesforce platform with objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and validation rules. - Integrate Salesforce with other systems and data sources. - Write Apex code for complex business logic, triggers, and controllers. - Create user interfaces with Visualforce and Lightning Components. - Manage data migration, cleansing, and validation. - Implement security controls and manage data access. - Deploy customizations following best practices. - Optimize performance of Salesforce applications. - Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
