Accounts Receivable Analyst -Americas The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing the accounts receivable functions of the organization, ensuring the timely and accurate collection of payments. This role involves monitoring customer accounts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records to ensure healthy cash flow and minimize financial risk Reports directly to Divisional Revenue Manager, Americas. Daily bank rec to record customer payments against the corresponding invoices. Responsible for raising all revenue invoices in the Americas region to ensure accrued income is at the lowest possible level. Monthly & Quarterly in advance billing and maintenance of EIB import files. Monthly in arrears billing inclusive of fixed fee overage & revenue share calculations. Monthly in arrears billing in line with reported Programmatic “spend” while ensuring a supporting IO and job code is present. Invoice ‘Priority’ billing accounts within 2 working days of receiving the required information. Ownership and maintenance of a monthly “revenue share tracker” shared with commercial leads. Develop relationships with customers Accounts Payable teams and finance contacts. Regular debt chasing and active management of customer accounts within Workday. Update and maintain commentary on all debt accounts to provide the business with the information required to make decisions on legal requirements and bad debt provisions / write offs. Ownership of an “AR” email inbox and respond to all queries within 2 working days. Support the Group Revenue Manager and Group Revenue Controller to meeting deadlines for month end and SOX compliance. Assistance with quarter & year end audit requests. • Other Ad hoc work as initiated or required. While the above lists the current core responsibilities of this role, there is an opportunity to automate a number of the e manual tasks listed above which will save time and allow you to develop the role into something more commercially focused Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What’s in it for you?
