**General Description**: The primary focus is to ensure customer communication about their network’s status. **Primary Job Functions**: Ø Detect alarms / events on customers’ monitoring tools or company monitoring tools. Ø Open incidents in incident ticketing systems and report them to the customers within SLAs. Ø Provide timely follow up about incidents status. Ø During problem escalations, act as a liaison between customers and Tier 2 support. **Required Skills**: Ø Strong written and verbal English **communication**skills. Ø Networking and analytical skills, Ethernet, TCP/IP routing, Network packet analysis tools use. Ø Teamwork skills **Education**: **Engineering (graduated or studying)**: Networking, Telecommunication, Telematic, Electrical, Electronic or related **Certification**:Routing, Switching, CCNA (preferred) **Work Details**: - Work on Site, Medellin - Antioquia - Shift 24x7 364 days - Contract Direct with US Company - English B1 onwards is essentia **Salary**: $3,600,000 - $4,300,000 per month
