Job Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate pharmaceutical care, pharmacovigilance, technovigilance, and pharmacotherapeutic monitoring programs. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in all pharmaceutical service processes, including: Selection, acquisition and reception of medicines. Safe storage, distribution and dispensing. Management of special control medications. Medication reconciliation, returns management and final disposal. Promote the rational use of medicines and medical devices through information, education, and communication activities aimed at healthcare personnel, patients, and the community. Actively participate in institutional pharmacy and therapeutics committees. Prepare and present technical reports and statistics that demonstrate the impact of the pharmaceutical care program. Oversee proper inventory management, ensuring optimal availability and preservation of medications. Perform other related tasks assigned by the process leader or immediate supervisor. Required professional profile: Professional title: Pharmaceutical Chemist (with valid professional card). Minimum experience: 1 year in in-hospital pharmaceutical services. Knowledge of current regulations. Mastery of computer tools and pharmaceutical management software. Skills in risk management, interdisciplinary work, attention to detail, and clinical decision-making skills. Ethical attitude, high sense of responsibility and commitment to patient safety.
