Senior IT Recruiters – Freelance, 100% Remote (Latam) If you are an experienced professional in IT talent recruitment and are looking for a flexible, remote opportunity, we have a position for you! Join our team as a Freelance IT Recruiter and help us find the best professionals for innovative projects in the tech industry. We aim to have one recruiter in each country in Latam. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute the full-cycle recruitment process for IT profiles. - Identify and attract qualified talent through various sourcing channels. - Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit. - Collaborate with team leaders to understand specific needs and job requirements. - Maintain and update the candidate database in an organized manner. - Provide reports and insights on recruitment progress to the talent management team. - Participate in the continuous improvement of IT talent attraction and selection strategies. Requirements: - University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 5 years of recruitment experience , specifically with IT profiles and proven experience sourcing in the USA and Latam . - Deep knowledge of the job market and trends in the tech industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools. - Self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
