Responsibilities / Tasks - Provide support to managers and employees on HR policies and processes. - Assist with employee documentation, benefits policies and travel insurance. - Provide guidance on employee inquiries. - Contribute to HR projects as needed. Your Profile / Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or Industrial Engineering. - 2+ years of HR experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one secondary language such as: Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French. - Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders. - Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
