This rolefocuses on analyzing business requirements, identifying automationopportunities, and designing solutions for development. Idealcandidates thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment and areeager to deepen their technical skill set, potentially advancinginto automation development in the future. Focus Areas anddeliverables 1. Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: -Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs andidentify areas where automation can deliver value. - Analyze anddocument workflows, requirements, and process improvementopportunities. - Translate business needs into detailed designspecifications for automation developers. 2. StakeholderCollaboration: - Act as a key liaison between technical teams andbusiness units, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding. -Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights, validatedesigns, and ensure smooth implementation of solutions. - Provideregular updates to stakeholders on project progress, timelines, andoutcomes. 3. Solution Design and Collaboration: - Create functionaldesigns and workflows for automation solutions within ServiceNowHRSD and UiPath. - Work closely with developers to ensuresuccessful implementation of solutions. - Identify scalable andsustainable automation strategies aligned with business goals. 4.Citizen Development and Technical Growth: - Gain hands-onexperience with ServiceNow and UiPath to design and developsmaller-scale solutions. - Transition from a business analyst to ahybrid citizen developer, building and deploying automationsdirectly. - Continuously learn and grow technical skills to take onend-to-end solution ownership. 5. Stay Updated on Emerging Trends:- Stay informed about advancements in intelligent automation,ServiceNow, UiPath, conversational AI, and related technologies. -Apply insights from emerging trends to recommend innovativesolutions and enhance the team’s automation capabilities. - Shareknowledge and best practices with team members to foster a cultureof continuous learning and innovation. 6. Stakeholder Training andAdoption: - Support stakeholders in understanding and adopting newautomated workflows and systems. - Actively promote the value ofautomation and educate teams on its benefits. Requiredskills/experience - Proven experience in business analysis,especially within ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or similarplatforms. - Strong skills in gathering and documentingrequirements, process mapping, and creating functional designs. -Familiarity with automation tools like UiPath or other RPAplatforms. - Eagerness to grow technical skills and transition intoa citizen developer role. - Experience configuring and buildingsolutions in ServiceNow or UiPath - not essential, desirable. -Knowledge of HR operations and processes, would be an advantage -not essential, desirable.
