English - Fully fluent Spanish - Fully fluent Responsibilities and more: About the Role: We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant cum Transaction Coordinator (TC) to support a growing real estate investment business focused on property flips (1–2 houses per week and growing!). You'll be working directly with the owner and team to streamline operations, manage transactions, and provide top-notch executive support. This is a long-term, part-time to full-time opportunity with room to grow! Transaction Coordination (TC): Manage all stages of real estate transactions (contracts, follow-ups, closing timelines). Calendar management, meeting coordination, email management. Expand and organize vendor lists, coordinate communications. Standard Operating Procedures: Create and maintain SOPs for smooth workflows. Project Management: Help with general admin and operational support. Content Output Support: Assist in increasing output of content to nurture investor and wholesaler relationships (Social Media – not a current priority, but important for future growth). (Future Scope): Support with basic bookkeeping (text receipts via Hubdoc), and light social media posting. - Monday to Friday. - 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). - Monday.com (Project Management). - iMessage (Preferred communication platform). - Has proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Transaction Coordinator (Real Estate preferred). - Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. - Tech-savvy and resourceful. - Proactive communicator and problem-solver. - Preferred: Has access to an Apple device (to communicate via iMessage). Nice to Have: Spanish-speaking (many vendors speak Spanish; however, the team also has a Spanish-speaking member). Remote / Work from Home. Must have a reliable internet connection and computer.
