Team Overview: This position will be responsible for executing overall product marketing strategies aimed at education, experience and growth for our different product launches and the business. Role Responsibilities: - Owning some enablers that have a direct impact on brand OKRs - Extensive business understanding to enhance decision-making capabilities and influence. - Creativity & ability to generate applicable ideas to achieve marketing and business objectives. - Leveraging data and consumer insights to better inform campaign planning and audience targeting. - Planning, designing and monitoring marketing and communication efforts for different product lines, user journeys and markets.And the ability to manage 360 campaigns end to end. - Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Role Qualifications: **Desired Skills & Experience Included** - BA degree and/or specialization in communication or marketing. - 4-7 years of proven work experience as Product Marketing Sr Analyst or Manager, or similar role (Industry experience is a plus in tech or gig-economy companies). - Analytical capacity to deliver results, ability to justify the implementation of marketing and communication strategies with their corresponding KPIs and desired outcomes. - Proven experience and knowledge in copywriting. - Strong analytical, problem-solving capability, applicable to communication strategies. - Excellent project management skills and ability to implement a plan for task management and cross-departmental collaboration. - Enjoy the creative process - you’ll be working in constant collaboration with design members, ops managers and other related marketing stakeholders. - Ability to brief and evaluate creative strategies to optimize for marketing channels.
