About the job This position is needed to help businesses across the world connect with their customers. You'll become (or already are) an expert in messaging best practices, and be willing and able to import that knowledge to internal and external partners. As a steward of carrier trust, you'll be responsible for vetting messaging campaigns with the support of a group of industry veterans on a high-growth, fast moving team. **Responsibilities** In this role, you'll: - Manage a work queue with other team members, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. - Use your analytical, project management, and communication skills to help Twilio's customers improve their message deliverability. - Identify compliance issues with submitted campaigns, and generate feedback for the campaign to help run successfully. - Collaborate with our Spam/Fraud team on ensuring deliverability for some of the biggest brands using text messaging. - Build the reputation as a trusted source for carrier compliance **Qualifications** **Required**: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Competency with productivity software, ie Google Suite - Demonstrable history of strong ethical values - Ability to synthesize complex concepts to actionable items - English fluency (written/spoken). **Desired**: - Previous work in a compliance or fraud capacity - Experience with reporting software / tooling - Experience in analyzing large data sets - Prior experience working at a messaging provider, aggregator, SaaS/CPaaS in a messaging capacity **Location** This role will be based in our Bogotá, Colombia office. **What We Offer** There are many benefits to working at Twilio, including, in addition to competitive pay, things like generous time-off, ample parental and wellness leave, healthcare, a retirement savings program, and much more.
