Read more about the life in PayU here **About the Role**: - As a Technical Writer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams across our organization, including product teams and engineering teams, to produce high-quality documentation. Your role will involve creating clear and concise overviews, conceptual content, API reference material, and programming guides, ensuring effective communication of complex technical information to our users and developers. **What you will do**: - Develop and deliver comprehensive technical documentation. - Work as a member of the Documentation team, working closely with product, engineering, commercial and support teams to create documentation for product functionalities and features. - Edit technical documents written by others; develop templates, processes, and style guidelines to facilitate and improve writing skills across the organization. **What you need to succeed**: - Near-native proficiency in English - Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, UX, or equivalent practical experience - 3+ years of experience working as a technical writer. - Experience working with engineering and product management teams as part of the software development process. - Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML - Experience reading and writing Java, JavaScript, or another language. - Experience working with HTML, CSS - Experience writing in Markdown. - Experience with version control such as Git - A portfolio of your work that showcases your talent. - Nice to have: Knowledge and background in payments **About us** **Our Commitment To Building A Diverse And Inclusive Workforce** As a global and multi-cultural organization with varied ethnicities thriving across locations, we realize that our responsibility towards fulfilling the D&I; commitment is huge.
