So whether you're an experienced professional or just starting out on your career, our global scale and focus on growth means great career opportunities for the right colleagues. **There's never been a better time to join Smiths and help us create the future.** - Descripción del puesto- Funciones y responsabilidades- Work in the day to day operation of HR and supervise an HR Administrator. - Responsible for management of internal business stakeholders in Colombia, Venezuela y Puerto Rico (about a total headcount of 70 employees) - Ensure timely delivery of end to end transactional administration activities associated with the employment cycle for all employees and managers. - Responsible of the HR system to ensure quality of data and take steps to enhance where possible. - Act on escalation of queries to improve People Operations service and support. - Responsible of the customer service delivery strategy with a view to improving performance. - Help in the implementation of Smiths HR initiatives and projects to support the achievement of HR objectives as well as proactively supporting continuous improvement initiatives in HR areas. - Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information in payroll and Global View. - Design, generate, and distribute queries, reports, and statistical summaries related to HR metrics to local management. - El Individuo- **Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in as HR Manager or HRBP with higher responsibility and exposure**: - Experience in manufacturing companies - Excellent interpersonal skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality. - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, and the general public. - Strong foundation in HR practices, trends, and HR Operations - Effective communicator with strong influencing skills - Ability to effectively engage senior stakeholders - Innovative and creative with the ability to think and act outside the box - Self-driven with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently - **Fluency in English (Interview will be performed in this language)
