Head of TalentAcquisition at BairesDev Join us as the Head of Talent Acquisition,where you'll spearhead our Recruitment team's efforts in a pivotalleadership role. Whatyou will do 1. Oversee a distributed team of Recruiting Leads,ensuring effective team leadership and management. 2. Play apivotal role in defining and executing the Talent Search strategy,aligning with organizational goals. 3. Prepare for and adapt tovarious recruitment scenarios to meet diverse hiring needs. 4.Innovate in search, selection, and attraction strategies in closecollaboration with organizational leaders and managers. 5. Driveimprovements in the recruitment process's efficiency andeffectiveness, focusing on methodologies and technologies. 6.Maintain a creative mindset to solve recruitment challenges. 7.Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, using data toinform strategic decisions. What we are looking for 1. 8+ years ofexperience in IT recruitment, demonstrating a deep understanding ofthe IT industry and recruitment practices. 2. Proven track recordin leading recruitment teams, with a minimum of 2 years in amanagerial role. 3. Strategic planning and execution skills inrecruitment campaigns and talent acquisition strategies. 4.Proficient in leveraging advanced search engines and social mediafor recruitment purposes. 5. Strong analytical skills to assessrecruitment metrics and outcomes for continuous improvement. 6.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder managementskills. 7. Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive teamenvironment. 8. Advanced proficiency in English; additionallanguages, especially Spanish, are a plus.
