What You’ll Do * Identify and validate potential sales opportunities by reviewing active company leads and engaging with customers through calls and emails. * Support the quoting process by coordinating quote creation, submission, and tracking win/loss status. * For successful leads, create opportunities in Sales360 and initiate the sales journey. * Collaborate with the Master Data Management (MDM) team to ensure all stakeholders have up-to-date and accurate information. * Provide outstanding service by responding to customer inquiries, managing expectations, and offering tailored solutions. * Build long-term relationships by understanding client needs and becoming a trusted advisor. What We’re Looking For * A degree in administration, international business, finance, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience, ideally in tele-sales or inside sales. * Strong customer orientation with a talent for effective communication and negotiation. * High proficiency in English (other languages are a plus!). * Experience with CRM tools (especially Sales360) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. * A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
