**Job Details** **What you will do?** An ambitious self-starter with developed sales prospecting, communication, presentation and closing skills to sell building technology solutions to both end-users and contractors. **How you will do it?** - Cold calling - Telemarketing - Face to face meetings with industry managers within the Houston and - Texas market - Identifying new prospective customers - Eliciting feedback regarding product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors - Attend and work industry trade conferences and association meetings - Collaborate and support current sales staff in developing and growing exposure and new business revenue - Primary focus will include medium to large companies within Oil & Gas, Maritime, Chemical, Utilities, Manufacturing Industries, primarily in the Safety, Health and Wellness sectors **What we look for?** - Required _ - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronica Engineering. - Advanced English level - Conversational and technical. - Sales experience (>= 3 y), or Inside Sales Experience - At least 1-year experience in sales in Industrial markets, or hospitality markets. - Competent in MS Office & CRM Systems. - Experience conducting prospecting new accounts - Cold Calls. - Manage of scheduling - Ability to solve problems. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Preferred _ - Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. - Experience in Industrial sectors. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Ability to adapt to changing work priorities. - Experience in JCI Products - Knowledge of Competitor's Solutions - Minimum 1 year working in BMS Systems
