Job Title: IT D365 Merger and Acquisition (M&A;) Lead "> We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technology Merger and Acquisition (M&A;) Lead to join our team. "> Job Description: The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex data migration projects. "> "> - Screening Acquired Companies: Conduct thorough technical assessments of acquisition targets to evaluate their technology stacks, ERP data structure, and data management practices. "> "> - Technical Due Diligence: Collaborate with Sys Admin and Architecture teams to perform comprehensive technical due diligence, identifying potential risks, opportunities, and integration challenges "> "> - Stakeholder Communication: Establish effective communication channels between internal technical teams and business users from the newly acquired firm to ensure smooth information flow and alignment of expectations. "> "> - Data Migration Planning: Develop and implement data migration strategies, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data from the acquired company to our systems. "> "> - Data Template Organization: Organize and populate data templates for data migration, ensuring all relevant information is captured and correctly formatted. "> "> - Customers, Contacts, Projects, AR, and other related data entities "> "> - Integration Support: Provide ongoing support during the integration process, addressing any technical issues that arise and ensuring seamless integration of systems and processes. "> "> - Coordinate with System Administration and Architecture teams on execution of system updates and changes. "> "> - Participate in test migrations as needed "> "> - Conduct retrospective with Newly Acquired Firm (NAF) "> "> - Optimization: Participate in the optimization process for each M&A;, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. "> "> Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: "> "> - Professional-level fluency in English. "> "> - Bachelor's degree in information systems, or related discipline. "> "> - Minimum of 8 years of experience with Technology Data Migrations "> "> - Proven experience in requirements gathering and discovery with SME, End users, and stakeholders. "> "> - Ability to write SQL Queries "> "> - Strong Excel skills "> "> - Excellent communication and collaboration skills "> "> - Project management skills "> "> - Keen attention to detail "> "> - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; preferred "> "> - Familiarity with finance and project-based business processes and experience working with finance and accounting teams and technologies. "> "> - A stable high-speed internet connection and quiet working environment. "> "> - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. "> "> - Excellent collaboration, communication skills, and technical troubleshooting abilities that will be used to analyze and resolve business system problems; must be able to provide documentation when required.
