About The Job This position provides actionable insights into strategic operations initiatives through quantitative analysis, technical systems, and leadership in analytics. The successful candidate will work with the Customer Experience Ops Customer Intelligence team, using data to influence decision making and deliver product insights. You should be comfortable navigating complex problems, focusing on relevant data, and deriving insights and recommendations. This role involves interaction with stakeholders at all levels to inform product, compliance, and delivery strategies. Responsibilities Collaborate with technical program managers to integrate data into decision making and planning, including defining OKRs, designing reports and dashboards, and sourcing product data. Use SQL and data visualization tools to communicate insights, standardize and maintain metrics, datasets, and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Confluence, Acryl, and code. Identify and leverage data for strategic, time-critical decision making. Partner with leaders to roll out dashboards and enable their adoption. Work with product leadership to monitor and improve product performance through metrics and analysis. Ensure data quality and availability during product development and post-launch reporting. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships as a trusted advisor. Qualifications We value diverse experiences and encourage all qualified applicants to apply. While the following are required, we also welcome candidates with alternative backgrounds: 3-5 years of experience in quantitative analysis, dashboard/report building, and working with messy data to influence decisions. Ability to work independently on projects in ambiguous environments. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in SQL and relational data languages. At least 2 years of experience managing dashboards in Tableau. Experience with data preparation and operational workflows. Desired Skills Experience in electronic communications or related fields. Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and distributed computing technologies. Experience with BI tools like Looker. Experience with unstructured data. Location This role is remote, based in Colombia.
