Job Summary We are seeking a strategic andhands-on Corporate Controller to lead our corporate accountingteam, ensure compliance with public company reporting requirements,and drive financial excellence across our complex, multi-entityorganization. This role is critical in overseeing the integrity offinancial reporting, operational accounting, and internal controlsfor a publicly traded, multinational environment. Responsibilities - Lead and manage the corporate accounting function, includingcorporate accounting, technical accounting, revenue recognition,and financial reporting. - Oversee the monthly, quarterly, andannual close processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliantfinancial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SECrequirements. - Partner with regional finance leaders to ensureconsistency in global accounting policies and procedures across allbusiness units. - Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)requirements, maintaining strong internal controls over financialreporting. - Liaise with external auditors and manage the annualaudit process. - Provide guidance on complex accounting matters,including revenue recognition (ASC 606), business combinations,foreign currency transactions, intercompany eliminations, leases(ASC 842), and stock-based compensation. - Monitor new accountingpronouncements and assess their impact on the company. - Drivecontinuous improvement in accounting processes, policies, andsystems to support a scalable and efficient finance organization. -Collaborate with IT and Finance Systems teams to optimize ERP andconsolidation platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). - Lead,mentor, and develop a high-performing corporate accounting team. -Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professionalgrowth. Qualifications and Job Requirements - CPA required. - 12+years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with atleast 5 years in a leadership role. - Public company experiencerequired, preferably within the advertising, media, or servicesindustry. - Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOXcompliance. - Experience managing global, multi-currencyconsolidations across multiple legal entities. - Excellentcommunication skills and proven ability to work cross-functionallywith senior leadership. - Prior experience in a Big 4 accountingfirm is highly desirable. - Preferred Skills: Experience in theadvertising or media industry. Knowledge of agency revenue modelsand project-based accounting. ERP implementation or optimizationexperience.
