Functions • Confer with customers by telephone, email, and via SMS portal to provide information about services, status updates, and process new cases. • Contact customers to respond to inquiries and process on-line hires. • Performs other duties as needed guided by the management team. Requirements • English: fluent. • High School Diploma. • 1 year of experience preferred. Schedule • Full-time availability required (Monday through Sunday – rotating schedules). • Time slot in which work shifts will be assigned: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (10 hours a day, 45 hours a week) • 2 days off chosen at random. Skills • Multitasking ability. • Identify and resolve customer problems. • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. • Ability to operate office and technological equipment and software. • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
