Job Description The Senior Director - Visa CommercialSolutions Head – ANDEAN is responsible for driving and acceleratingour expansion in B2B payments in the market by working with our Clients to expand our solutions for Small Business, Large and Middle Market segments, B2B Verticals, B2B Acceptance and Commercial VAS. This key role will define market strategies andlead key commercialization initiatives including, establishing,developing and managing the relationship between Visa and VCSClients (Products and wholesale Banking areas), setting direction,and implementation of country VCS strategies with the Clients toachieve business targets through growing the existing business andthrough identifying new business, conduct competitive assessmentsto identify gaps and opportunities, identify key industry trendsand develop action plans. Understand clients pain point across theprocurement cycle with VCS currents and future products andplatforms creating and supporting our “network of networks” visionin ANDEAN B2B Market. Significant evangelization of CommercialSolutions, enabling and delivering content and education to supportinternal and external clients to spread the innovation narrativefor the segment. The Senior Director will interact with highestlevels of executives within Clients and Partners, including C-Suiteand Board Members. It will also drive co-creation and human centerdesign engagements with Clients and partners in ANDEAN toco-develop innovative next generation solutions for companies ofall sizes leveraging both our partners and Visa’s capabilities. Role will work on highly complex issues leading multidisciplinaryprojects setting direction with minimal mentorship in a dynamic,ambiguous work environment, and will have the ability toindependently translate needs into detailed deliverables. This rolewill have a dotted line to the ANDEAN Geo Head. Leads and directsthe setting and implementation of country VCS strategies with Clients to achieve business targets through growing the existingbusiness and through identifying new business opportunitiesincluding the introduction and implementation of new products andservices. Actively manages and tracks sales opportunities pipelinethrough every stage to a successful close of a net revenueproducing deal. Establish, develop, and manage the relationshipbetween Visa and VCS Clients and partners, at the highest executivelevels including C-Suite and Board Members Manages and owns VCSScorecard for ANDEAN, including PV, net revenue and AANR targets Identify new business development opportunities and takeaccountability for and manage the project evaluation of these. Focus on achieving business targets through growing existingbusiness and developing new business opportunities. Monitorbusiness results of designated clients and anticipate challengesand take proactive measures to accomplish targets Leadcommercialization initiatives to expand B2B payments Responsiblefor identifying, sizing and prioritizing B2B payments businessopportunities, define and develop new solutions and handlego-to-market activities. Manage a key set of strategic initiativesdesigned to grow Visa’s market share in the segment Work andpartner with cross-functional internal teams in multiple-regions toexpand necessary functionality, address barriers and secure fundingneeded to advance key initiatives Develop strategic partnerships tobring creative B2B payment solutions to market, amplify impact, andaccelerate speed-to-market Coordinate go-to-market activities withinternal and external partners Actively monitor developments inpayments and commerce, develop opinions/ideas on their implicationsfor Visa.
