Job Title Warehousing and Distribution Specialist Job Description Warehouse and Distribution Specialist As a Warehouse and Distribution Specialist, you are responsible for calculating transportation capacity and developing transport plans on a short-term basis, utilizing logistics systems to accurately populate data for each destination and calculate transport needs. Your role: Manage open ASN (Advanced Shipment Notices) revisions and write-offs, focusing on systematic review and resolution to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency within International IBD (Inbound Document). Maintain regular communication with suppliers and transport teams to ensure timely delivery entries in the system, facilitating seamless operations for International IBD. Handle the creation, modification, and removal of Advanced Shipment Notices (ASN) in the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date shipment information for International IBD processes. Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to manage and follow up on claims related to international shipments, ensuring resolution and minimizing disruptions in International IBD. Reconcile discrepancies between invoices and received goods, collaborating with relevant teams to resolve GRIR (Goods Receipt Invoice Receipt) issues and maintain accurate financial reporting. You're the right fit if: You have acquired 2+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Supply Chain, Transport, Logistics, Operations, Physical Distribution, or equivalent, OR no prior experience with a Bachelor's Degree. Your skills include knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, report generation) and SAP. You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or equivalent. You are a professional with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak English is required. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an in-office role.
