Shift days, hours and time zone: One week from Monday - Friday 10AM - 8PM, One week from Monday - Tuesday & Thursday - Saturday (Wednesdays and Sundays off) 10AM - 8PM. ahead) English required:B2+/C1 Job description: We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative with patience, accountability, and a genuine passion for providing a quality customer experience. The CSR is responsible for developing the relationships between our customers, service technicians, and operations. Looking for problem solvers, who enjoy working independently and as a part of a team and are looking to start a career path! Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to a network of clients for the largest family owned pest control company in the world. - Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls (to schedule pest control service and to process payment for service). - Assist in resolving customer issues. - Perform data entry, generate and print reports and generate sales leads using various reports to initiate contact with customers/prospects and propose appropriate pest control services. Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: - Minimum 6 months experience in CSR (MUST BE) - Excellent level of English, very fluent, with the slightest accent and a very friendly tone (MUST BE). - Excellent positive attitude, who can be pleasant, empathetic and polite to customers (MUST BE). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed, as well as emotional intelligence to deal with stressed customers. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, typing at 40+ words per minute and able to multi-task.
