The Opportunity As a Product Manager, you will: Define and execute the product roadmap , prioritizing features based on business impact. Lead cross-functional teams to build and launch successful digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience. Gather and analyze market trends , customer needs , and competitor insights to drive product decisions. Collaborate with engineering , design , marketing , and sales teams to develop and launch new products. Write detailed product requirements , user stories , and acceptance criteria . Manage the product lifecycle , from ideation to launch and continuous improvements. Track key product metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and ensure product success. Serve as the key advocate for the product, communicating updates to stakeholders and leadership . Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to build and launch successful digital products. Proven experience working with Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) products, ideally on a global scale. Strong understanding of Agile , Scrum , and product lifecycle methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions . Experience in user research , A/B testing , and using analytics tools . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Experience working in SaaS and Healthcare industries is a plus. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA , Confluence , Figma , SQL , and GHL is preferred. Nice to Haves Experience in healthcare , GoDaddy , and SaaS products . Familiarity with JIRA , Trello , Asana . Skilled in SQL , A/B testing , and growth strategies . Familiarity with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework.
