The Position As a Payroll Incident/Risk Specialist, you will identify, own, and resolve payroll incidents, build relationships with stakeholders, and work on process improvements including automation. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in a Payroll environment Strong ownership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset Excellent project management and organizational skills Outstanding written and spoken English skills Experience in remote work is a plus but not required Key Responsibilities Identify and raise potential incidents and risks Own payroll incidents end-to-end and develop mitigation plans Investigate complex cases with ownership and creativity Build stakeholder relationships and highlight incident impacts Improve processes and automate where possible Flag and seek long-term solutions for issues Maintain a database of RCAs and recommendations Support change management processes Report on payroll incident trends Practical Details Reporting to: Manager, Global Payroll Risk & Compliance Team: Payroll Location: Anywhere in the World Start date: As soon as possible Compensation and Benefits The base salary range is $83,150 - $93,550 USD, determined by role, level, and location.
