As part of the newly formed Pursuit + Reputation Marketing team, you will play a key role in helping to deliver a high-quality, results-driven Awards + Rankings program to position Accenture as the leader across the categories we want to own. You will work with an integrated, collaborative, globally connected team of innovative marketing + communications experts to elevate our brand and advance Accenture’s reputation as an industry of one. We are looking for a super-organized specialist to focus exclusively on awards and rankings. Here is a list of the key responsibilities: - Support the A+R Pursuit lead in project managing our editorial calendar, helping to ensure we are always meeting or exceeding timelines, contributing to priority pursuits, providing guidance to Markets, MUs, Services, Industries and Functions on their priority pursuits, measuring KPIs and driving continuous improvement of our pursuit strategy and execution. - Support the A+R Amplification lead in project managing our amplification calendar, helping to ensure we are always meeting or exceeding timelines, drafting the briefs, developing and executing integrated amplification plans, coordinating with various teams across M+C and beyond, measuring KPIs and driving continuous improvement of our amplification strategy and execution. - Lead outreach to priority awards, rankings and ratings organizations for key dates and activity with support from M+C Operations. - Lead desk research, including media scans for rankings coverage, peer, competitor and client performance and participation, with support from M+C Operations. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree required, project management qualifications a plus. - 5 years marketing experience. Experience and Skills: - Proficient with MS Office tools, including Excel, Teams and PowerPoint. - Advanced project management skills: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling/Monitoring, and Closing projects. - Marketing experience and demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles and channels. - Exposure to various project methodologies: traditional, Agile, etc. - Excellent written and oral communications. - Excellent organization skills with demonstrated follow-through on goals, plans, and projects. - Efficient meeting management. - Self-starter and strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate team members to complete tasks by building trusted relationships. - Produce high-quality, detailed work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
