Learn more atwisevu.com. What Will You Do? 1. Oversee the planning, execution,and delivery of all digital marketing projects. 2. Serve as thecentral point of contact for project status, ensuring that all teammembers meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work. 3. Overseeworkflows, resource allocation, and team performance, ensuring wedeliver top-tier results for clients while scaling smoothly. 4. Monitor key operational metrics (e.g., project completion rates,client satisfaction) and report insights to leadership. 5. Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring smoothproject execution and a high-performing team environment. Requirements You're a Great Fit If You: 1. Have 3-5 years ofexperience in project management or operations, ideally in adigital marketing agency environment. 2. Possess a strongunderstanding of digital marketing principles and excel at leadingand motivating teams. 3. Can articulate well and speak Englishprofessionally (IELTS Band 9, CEFR C2, or native). 4. Areproficient with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp,Trello) and basic budgeting. Work-timings: 1. 9 am-5 pm EST workday(Monday - Friday). Benefits What We Offer: 1.
