Develop and orchestrate the channel marketing strategy and execution in the region with the objective to increase sales and support growth. Align with local and global teams the strategies, priorities and results. **Key Responsibilities**: - Define and lead channel mkt strategy aligned with local and global teams - Lead joint Marketing plans with key partners, ensuring execution to achieve business & marketing goals and using - Comarketing budget (define year plan with key focus partners) - Roll out and adapt Partner & Distribution Global Program (MDF, Growth Rebate, Co-op, and other benefits) - Manage all mkt channel related budgets - Manage the MDF budget & activities, including approvals - Ensure Channel Certifications on Honeywell Solutions - Lead, Promote & Execute Incentive Plans, Sell-in & Sell-out Campaigns, Events & Programs focused on Growth, Demand - Generation, Branding and Channel engagement. - Manage Channel Platforms (I.e., Honeywell Hub, Partner Portal) - Define & control Channel profiling matrix to manage partners ecosystem - QBR meetings with the channels to check their performance and generated rebates lead by sales team **YOU MUST HAVE**: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Administration or Engineer - 5 years or more of related work experience in Marketing, especially in Channel Marketing. Ideally in B2B companies. - Management of Microsoft office tools, especially excel (advanced) - Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese ( as will need to have discussions with partner in MX, CSAR and Brazil) - Experience in channel management.
