What You Will Bring to the Team We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Legal Resource (Paralegal or Entry-Level Legal Associate) to join our dynamic Commercial Legal Team. This role is designed for someone with a strong interest in commercial law and a passion for supporting business operations. As a Legal Business Partner, you will work closely with commercial, finance, procurement, and operations teams to help structure deals, review contracts, and support day-to-day legal matters. You'll be a key part of our mission to enable business growth while managing legal and compliance risks effectively. Main Responsibilities - Support contract review, drafting, and negotiation of customer and vendor agreements under supervision. - Act as a point of contact for business teams seeking legal input on commercial matters. - Assist with tracking contract lifecycle (from intake to execution and renewal). - Maintain legal databases, templates, and knowledge bases. - Support cross-functional legal projects, including compliance checks, risk assessments, and internal training. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, procurement, operations) to ensure legal alignment. - Conduct basic legal research and prepare internal summaries or memos. - Manage document execution, filing, and follow-up tasks related to contract administration. Requirements - Law degree or ongoing legal studies (final year) in Colombia. - 1–2 years of experience in a legal or paralegal role, preferably with exposure to commercial contracts. - Advanced English proficiency with the ability to review and draft contracts in English. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, must enjoy working closely with business stakeholders. - Eagerness to learn and adapt within a regional legal team environment. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
