Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for a GS SigniFi SME, supporting the Central Finance (CFIN) and transact workstreams, based in LATAM supporting Global GS Transformation scope. **Purpose** The GS SME will support the finance transformation scope of GS Finance SigniFi, helping to shape and operationalize future state GS finance operating model, processes, and technology strategies. The role requires strong technical skills (SAP/CFIN), deep understanding of J&J; Account to Report processes, Medtech business knowledge is desirable, a high level of motivation and confidence, and the ability to work collaboratively and meet critical deadlines. **Key Responsibilities**: **1.Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations and follow guidelines in the J&J; Credo.** **2.Maintain Operational Excellence** - Serve as SME Lead for Strategy & Design workstreams to develop endstate strategies and scenarios. Perform data collection and analysis required for scenario and modelling. Facilitate Technology and Process execution timeline with delivery organization align with GS Roadmap. - Support process standardization execution globally to maximize efficiency and outcomes of deployments, manage metrics and realization tracking. - Participate in process, documentation, and DTP/WI reviews to ensure impact for GS inclusive of training and change & communications strategies globally. - Responsible and accountable for leading and executing CFIN deployment tasks in close alignment with Global/Regional GS and the SigniFi program. - Review and Approval of current process as well as providing input on future processes as needed for each workstream. Provide SME knowledge on A2R processes and local considerations to the global team. - Act as one of the gatekeepers in supporting centers readiness in process execution and adoption of new ways of working. Provide feedback to global team on feasibility of changes and consideration of interdependencies. - Coordinate and manage additional regional operations support required for SigniFi Program globally. Participate on T&P; team as regional SME to provide local input on design & deployment approaches. Coordinate strategy to execution planning with deployment & deliver teams globally. - Driving deep expertise, ensuring team are fully knowledgeable of the Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements such as Internal Audit and SOX requirements. **3.Talent Management** - Attract, develop and retain a highly competent, high-performing, motivated and diverse Credo-based team. - Develops succession planning and support teams career development, regional/global hub and local. - Ensure effective team performance management. - Lead team members that will support the SigniFi initiatives. **4.Be a trusted business partner** - Champion and Influence strategy and solutions demonstrating strong business acumen. - Internally recruit, mentor and drive the individuals process SME's to ensure cross sector, cross region and cross process alignment, ensuring good documentation is maintained and consistent with the global approach. **5.Create game-changing innovation** - Champion and supports continuous improvement mindset, identifying and pursuing business and efficiency opportunities. - Passion to lead, champion and support operational change for the global organization. **Qualifications**: **Required**: - A minimum of a bachelor’s degree qualification is required, preferably with a major in Finance or Accounting. - A minimum of 6-12 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required. - At least 4-7 years of Management/Supervisory experience is required. - Solid Accounting & finance knowledge. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels. - Ability to frame clear and concise communication across all relevant stakeholders. - Open to
