Job Duties and Qualifications: - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, fluid and dynamic environment - Very good English communications is a must. - Experience with scheduling multiple clients. - A stable personality that can “go with the flow” - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; moderate to heavy phones - A team player with a winning attitude - A take-charge individual who can ‘get it done’ and does not require a lot of hands-on direction. - Excellent typing skills - Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards. - Prior experience as an administrative assistant. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Highly organized. - Organize Meeting Notes - Prior Health Insurance Administrator is a Plus but not required.
