This is a remote Senior Software Engineer role for candidates based in Latin America. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build new features within our cross-platform TypeScript React Native app and Golang backend APIs. - Manage releases using tools like cohorting, feature flags, and app-store infrastructure to ensure a safe rollout to millions of active users. - Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to evaluate and meet stakeholder needs. - Develop clean, scalable, robust, and testable code with the team. - Become an expert in your application, data domain, and KPIs. Requirements: - 6+ years of experience solving technical problems as part of a team. - Experience developing and delivering a mobile application to Apple and Google's mobile app stores. - Strong familiarity with modern Frontend Development, JavaScript or TypeScript, and building applications with React Native or similar cross-platform frameworks. - Understanding of relational databases like MySQL. PREFERRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: - Knowledgeable in writing automated tests for applications (unit, integration, end-to-end) and implementing them in a CI environment. - Able to solve problems with backend-focused languages like Go, Python, Java or similar. - Familiarity with typical microservice architecture composed of HTTP APIs. - Experience working with native code on iOS, Android.
