Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions: 1. Territory Development and Sales: Leverage available resources to ensure maximum territory development and sales. 2. Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage resources for territory application. 3. Territory Health Implementation: Engage in data-driven approaches to implement best practices aligned with local regulations and partner networks. 4. Opportunity Analysis: Develop frameworks to analyze direct vs. CSA opportunities, researching historical cost data. 5. Global Sustainability/Green Initiatives: Guide global initiatives, evaluating regulatory nuances and making compliance recommendations. 6. Finance and Insurance Options: Analyze options specific to regions or countries. 7. Government Relations: Work with the government relations team to address international issues. 8. Sales Support: Provide sales support to the regional director team. 9. Distribution Affiliate Management: Manage distribution affiliates, establishing operating practices, evaluating prospects, coordinating requests, and maintaining Salesforce data. 10. Event Planning: Support event planning, including demonstration flights. Qualifications: - Pilot Certification: Hold an FAA or Foreign (LATAM) Private Pilot and Instrument (or ATP) Certificate. - Medical Clearance: Hold an FAA or Foreign (LATAM) Class Medical certificate. - Education: Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Personality and Skills: Demonstrate an outgoing personality with relationship development skills. - Senior Executive Experience: Have 5+ years of senior executive-level sales experience. - Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in MS Office, computer software, and internet. - Linguistic Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
