The company isundergoing an exciting phase of growth, driven by recentacquisitions, a full rebrand, and product enhancements in vehicletelematics, equipment and asset tracking, and video telematics. Role Overview As a QA Analyst, you will have an unwaveringcommitment to quality. You are a person who takes pride in beingexceptionally organized with a methodical approach to all tasks. Asthe ideal candidate, you have the drive and experience to design,implement, and execute test plans to identify and resolve issuesbefore they reach our customers. You will work closely with thedevelopment and product teams to understand requirements, developtest strategies, and ensure products meet the highest standards ofquality to take the products to the next level of security and userexperience. You will also have the flexibility and agility to workin an environment where everyone works together as a team to “getthe job done” regardless of title or role. Your responsibilitieswill include: 1. Master and maintain detailed knowledge of theentire product suite and configuration options. 2. Work closelywith the technology team including product, UX, and developers toverify the product's quality and adherence to UX designs and useracceptance criteria. 3. Design, develop, and execute test plans andtest cases based on product requirements and specifications. 4. Clearly and accurately identify, document, and track bugs andissues throughout their lifecycle in the internal ticketing system.5. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performancetesting to ensure fluid performance throughout the process. 6. Participate in agile development processes, including sprintplanning and retrospectives. 7. Implement industry-proven testingtools to continuously improve the QA process using best practicesand the latest technologies in software testing to enhance productquality. 8. Create clear documentation for the team and customersprior to new releases. Your qualifications include: 1. 2+ years ofexperience in Quality Assurance or similar roles. 2. Excellentunderstanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. 3. Proficiency in implementing and using industry-proven testingtools. 4. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills forworking in a team environment. 5. Highly organized andprocess-oriented self-starter with great attention to detail, whotakes initiative to solve problems independently. 6. Solidanalytical and problem-solving skills; ability to define problems,collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
