This position will be the first in Colombia, supporting our operations in Spain. Initially, the role will be remote while we open our new office. Once open, the position will be based onsite five days a week. This is a unique opportunity to be among the first in your country to join AnyVan and contribute to our success. Responsabilidades: Hablar con clientes en toda España que necesitan mudarse o mover objetos voluminosos y mostrar cómo AnyVan puede ayudar. Construir relaciones, realizar ventas adicionales y cerrar acuerdos asegurando que los clientes vean el valor en nuestros servicios. Gestionar tus clientes potenciales y alcanzar tus objetivos de llamadas, conversiones e ingresos semanal y mensual. Colaborar con tu gerente para ajustar y mejorar las estrategias de ventas. Compartir comentarios y perspectivas del mercado para mejorar nuestros servicios. Trabajar en turnos de 3:00am a 12:00pm o de 5:00am a 3:00pm, incluyendo dos fines de semana al mes. El salario será competitivo, con comisiones ilimitadas para maximizar tus ingresos. Requisitos para tener éxito: Fluidez en inglés. Pasión por las ventas y experiencia en atención al cliente. Experiencia en call centers es una ventaja. Historial de cerrar acuerdos y cumplir objetivos. Habilidades para construir relaciones y vender por teléfono. Excelentes habilidades de escucha activa.
