Code Reviewer for AI Training We're seeking a skilled Code Reviewer to join our team and contribute their expertise in reviewing evaluations of AI-generated code. As a Code Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, safety, and clarity of AI-generated code by reviewing evaluations completed by data annotators. Your deep understanding of Dart syntax, debugging, and testing will be essential in assessing whether the code follows prompt instructions, is functionally correct, and secure. The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of experience in Dart development, QA, or code review and be proficient in using code execution environments and testing tools. Excellent written communication and documentation skills are also necessary for providing constructive feedback to maintain high annotation standards. Additional requirements include strong knowledge of Dart syntax, debugging, edge cases, and testing, as well as English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native level. Besides the required qualifications, we value experience in AI training, LLM evaluation, or model alignment, familiarity with annotation platforms, and exposure to RLHF pipelines.
