We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered and recognised. **What You Can Expect**: This role is responsible for the development and execution of medical education programs intended for orthopedic surgeons, fellows, residents and other healthcare providers. **How You'll Create Impact**: - Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop strategic medical education plans aligned with organizational goals. - Designs curricula related to the safe and effective use of Zimmer Biomet’s products and associated surgical techniques. - Leads the planning and execution of didactic, cadaveric, virtual, and large-scale training events. - Coordinates with orthopedic tradeshow organizations to plan and deliver industry side events. - Manages the development and maintenance of segment-specific digital education assets, including surgical videos, animations, and VR modules. - Oversees onboarding of new surgeon faculty and manages ongoing relationships. - Managing medical education program logistics, content delivery, and execution. - Partners with faculty surgeons to create impactful content and continuously improve educational programs. - Synthesizes and integrates information from marketing, sales, and customer feedback to inform program development. - Plans and coordinates logistics and operations for educational events, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to budget. - Monitors and manages budgets for educational initiatives, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and alignment with financial guidelines. - Demonstrates strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. - Effectively works in a diverse and multicultural environment, promoting inclusion and cultural awareness in all interactions. - Maintains flexibility and professionalism in a corporate setting, adhering to internal policies and procedures. **What Makes You Stand Out**: - Working knowledge of the medical device industry, preferably orthopedics. - Proven experience in event planning, organization, and execution of educational programs. - Strong budgeting and financial management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to influence and lead without formal authority. - Comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations to various audiences. - Proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills. - Highly self-motivated and adaptable to change. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods. - Comfortable working in cadaver lab environments. - Ability to work effectively with teams across different cultures and backgrounds. - Knowledge of corporate compliance policies and practices is considered a plus. **Your Background**: - English proficiency is required (B2) - Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience - Experience working in orthopedics and/or adult education is preferred. **Travel Expectations**: - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and frequently on short notice, including weekends.
